Guest guest
That's so cool, even if it's just for friendship! It's always great to find kindred spirits. Wow, that guy is STRONG! Today was biceps and triceps at the Sweat Shop. It felt SO GOOD to be pushing iron again, I tell ya! Here is what I did and what I used, 3 sets of 10 each: Curls - warmup set with 8's, then 12, 15, 15 Hammer curls - 15, 15, 15 W’s - 15, 12, 12 Concentration curls - 15, 12, 12 Overhead extension one kbell - 12kg = 26.4 pounds all three sets Kickbacks- 12, 12, 12 - need to go up next time Presses - 20, 15, 15 Rope pull using the lat pull machine - 40, 35, 35Toward the end of our workout the Exhibitionist came in and , God bless her, said, " Hey, are you going to do one arm kettlebell pushups again? " He replied, " as a matter of fact, that's next! " WOW. He took the biggest kettlebell there, which is like 70 lbs or so, put it on his lower back, and did one armed pushups that way! I was SPEECHLESS. And as if that wasn't enough, after that brought out a chain, which he roped through a kettlebell and attached it to a weight belt, and then did one armed pullups like that!! I said, " Wow, I have a lot of workout videos, and even Pavel doesn't do those! " His eyes lit up when I mentioned Pavel. He goes, " You mean Pavel Tsatsouline? Someone has visited Dragon Door! I use their Convict Conditioning book as my program " . So we introduced ourselves officially. YAY! I think he's my soulmate, had him picked out for me long ago. He doesn't wear a wedding ring but I found him on Facebook (his profile pic is of him throwing a huge steel barrel at what looks to be ish Highland Games at Mt. Hood) There's no relationship status on his page there is a photo album of what looks to be wife and kids. So boo He's taken. But at least the ice has been broken and we can talk to each other now.. Guest guest
Ladies I will keep you posted - he's just so eccentric that of course I like him. I never go for the normal guys, I like the crazy ones. He is the guy who came in to the cardio room full of people on treadmills, bikes etc and did a full hand stand against the wall.... there will be a pilates class going on and he will be next to them doing 100's of pushups and grunting.. he has no shame whatsoever He's kind of high up in our corporate chain too, in our investment area. So this makes him just that much more interesting. WOW!!! This guy does seem to be your soul mate! Are you sure the pic is HIS wife & kids? Maybe a sister and her kids??
