Guest guest
I am totally with you on those jumps!! I rarely do this workout, it kills me! 's Tuesday workout Today I did Jillians 30 day shred level 3. I so did not feel like working out today. I hate those rock star jumps, they suck. Have a great day all, I am off to shower and get ready for work now.
Guest guest
Hi , Before you get discouraged, check out some threads on VF about Jillian's rotations. It seems that a lot of people "gain weight" with them - but it is just water retention due to the muscles retaining water from the workouts. That may be all it is. I dont' have links to the threads, but I remember reading this while I was doing a Jillian rotation. I don't really weigh myself very often, but I do think I felt "puffy" doing them. Take care!Donna Subject: 's Tuesday workoutTo: "" Date: Tuesday, September 27, 2011, 9:23 AM Good morning all, Today I did Jillian 30 day shred workout 2. I skipped yesterday (Jillians Yoga Meltdown) as a family member died in Mexico and they had called us late the nite before and we didn't get much sleep and although I did wake up early to work out yesterday, I put it in and did the warm up, but I just couldnt make myself do it as I was too tired. But I did work out today. I am feeling very tired this week, and for all my hard work, I gained 3 pounds. Nice. I may not finish this rotation as I am not having fun anymore. I may take a few recovery days. I want to go to Fresno on Saturday and take an actual kettlebell class and do some shopping and go back to doing whatever workouts I want to do. I haven't decided yet. Have a great day everyone. Sorry if I sound whiney today.

Guest guest
Freytag is very sneaky, I don't know if saw this on your lower body preview but she uses a chair like I've always used the Fanny Lifter so if you don't have a chair be sure to have a bench ready, preferably 10 to 14 inches high. Have fun!Vennitta Good morning all, today I did the Cardio kickboxing workout from the 10 lb slimdown extreme set. This was a very good workout. It didn't look so hard when I previewed it, but when I actually did it, I got nice and winded. It might just be my new favorite kickboxing workout. I really liked it, the combos were not hard to remember at all, that usually puts me off. I previewed the lower body extreme workout for tomorrow, this one is going to totally kick my butt, I can tell. Have a great day all. Guest guest
HI !If you like circuits, I recommend it! I did a lot of the xtreme workouts the week before last - I think you can also heavy up to make them more challenging. I think my favorite was Total Body. The Lower Body was just a killer!!! Guest guest
ooooh, darn, this sounds good... kickboxing combos I don't have to work hard at to remember and a good workout... I'm not interested in getting this set yet, I'm challenged enough by the first one but it is interesting reading about the workouts. Is this one available from On Demand? We just got AT & T U-verse and finally have On Demand & DVR! I feel like we finally entered the 21st century. DH is watching the Tigers versus the Yankees and I'm sort of watching so I can't check the On Demand stuff right now. I am, however, DVRing Biggest Loser so I can watch it tomorrow after my workout or after work, whenever I have the time (I am one of those who could never figure out how to program my VCR so this is pretty cool that I can make this stuff work though I'm definitely still playing with it and learning). Guest guest
Aw, poor little four pounder. You're going to hurt its feelings. :)I have one of those. It's the cutest thing. Hi all, I seem to be having problems wanting to workout lately. Nothing has been sounding good. I was gonna do 10 lb. slimdown extreme upper body this morning, then I just didn't want to. I ended up putting in Kathy Kettlebell solutions. I did the warm up and the upper body workout. It was about 20 min. total. She does these with 3 and 5 lb. bells. I used a 10 lb. for most of it, never thought I would use my small bells again. I used a 7 for the tricep work, and actually probably should have went to the 4's as she did some weird stuff and the 7's were kinda heavy. I am not crazy about this one, next time I will use the appropirate bells all the way through and see if it is better. I like heavier bell workouts better than the light weight style bell workouts. This DVD also has a lower body workout, a core workout and a fat burning workout but I haven't tried those yet. Maybe I will start tomorrow and go thru this DVD and get it over with. I will use the right size bells. I think I have a wimpy little 4 lb. bell around here somewhere that I always make fun of, I can use that. Have a great day all. Guest guest
Good morning, today I did 10 lb. slimdown extreme total body and core recovery workouts. They are 20 minutes each. I really liked both of these a lot. I am kinda liking doing 2 shorter workouts together and working different parts on the same day. I'm not sure what I will do tomorrow. Probably something else from this. My new Chung came yesterday but I will probably do that one on Saturday when I have more time. Have a great day all.
