I slept terrible last night :(  This bites.  This time I have all of these crafts flying through my brain... I am unable to do it during the day with Aniyah, of course.  So anyway, I got out of bed for about 90 minutes in the night.. Then went back to sleep, only to wake up again at 4:00 (maybe an hour later)..GRRR....  Oh well.  I do manage okay during the day on short sleep, except yesterday I was extra-emotional.  I think when I'm short on sleep and then having a velcro baby, gives me that!  I felt like bawling all day!

Anyway, I chose a great workout this morning.  Tracey Staehle's Boost Your Metabolism.  The plan was to just do the first 35 minutes, but I was enjoying it, and decided to push on :)  I got a nice 52 minute workout in, and I burned 588 calories with my average at 131.  This was was about right in intensity.  I still have a ton of upper body DOMS from Cathe two days ago too..and now some minor lower from yesterday to add to 'em.  :)  I did modify a bit on the cardio sections. Got some great burns on my arms, especially shoulders - ow.  Tomorrow's a rest day already.  Wow, when I'm taking two a week, the rests come frequent!!  :)

This morning, we are headed out to do some shopping (yay, craft store for me), and then go to SIL's for a b-day party. I so hope Aniyah 'behaves' for the ride.  She'll be in the van a ton today..yikes...
