Friday - walk

Hi Everyone,

All I did today was my long walk - 2 hours, 20 min- conservatively, we must cover at least 9 miles in that amount of time, but I think our pace may be faster than 15 min miles. when I go by myself I think I walk faster, but I couldn't walk this long by myself! :)

I didn't do a DVD today, got up early and got caught up on some work - I also think my body has just crashed from a combo of stress and TOM. I find that after a stressful event I lose steam - whereas, going through the event, I can stick w/ my workouts.

Oh well - next week is a new week. I'm going to start 10 lb slimdown extreme and work on improving my diet. It isn't horrible, but this week I did indulge in comfort foods - butter cookies, banana bread, ice cream - not in gross quantities, but those are things that are not "every day" foods! :)

Hi!I wonder - isn't 10,000 steps supposed to be approx 5 miles??? I am not 100% sure of that!
