Guest guest
(((HUGS))) Maybe it's in the air... It seems many of us are " down " right now. Jen wrote about it, I'm feeling it, Donna, you... A seasonal thing? Keep with the exercise, though! It releases those good endorphins! While it won't fix the bills/family/job/whatever, it helps to cope with them! Guest guest
Vennitta, could the "weight" really be water weight because of all the intense work you're doing? I know that may not make it feel less frustrating right now, but it is temporary and is a sign you're doing extremely well actually, and not failing in the least bit. Even if you're not feeling positive right now, let us carry you a long a bit. Guest guest
Hi ,I would never have thought about it being water wieght! Since this happens when I start intense workout I explode maybe that's it. I'll increase my water intake, my sodium intake is usually OK and it I let the levels go too low I get bad feet cramps. Thank you so very much for your support, I'm doing a bit better, I'm going to spend tomorrow clearing clutter, my mom used to always say to have a clear mind you have to clear the clutter...I think Jari Love says to lose weight, lose the clutter or something like that.
