Guest guest
I am keeping it under my tongue til it's mostly dissolved, which involves almost 45 minutes or so, but it never completely dissolves. So far, so good, as far as the way I feel, so I must not absorption problems of the gut. This is the thing that I was worried about, when I realized it simply doesn't dissolve that much under the tongue. I do feel like I'm absorbing it. Got to take it, as it's a matter of survival. I can live with it, as long as I'm feeling better. No doctor around me to prescribe Armour, so I may as well get used to it, lol. Guest guest
Yeh, all I need is one of those red lip pencils to make the bow on the top lip and the pout on the bottom one, hehe. Now to find the man. Guest guest
Hi I'm now up to 135 mgs of Armour (Naturethroid?), and yes, I still have palps sometimes, but, who knows, I may have developed MVP, I don't know. I know I'm sleeping so much better than I was, and other things are so much better. I do think that some of it is circumstantial also, as us thyroidians and adrenal compromised people have a tendency to react physically much faster to outside influences----anger, anxiety, situational circumstances, and things we may not have acted upon yet in our lives. We are so sensitive to everything, I think. I'm not writing things off to that completely, but it does play it's role in all this too.
