Awesome - it sounds like you are really enjoying your "Y" workouts!

lots of core work for me today at the ymca!! first i took core express--25 minutes of core work. today we did standing obliques, crunches on knees with weights (i did 12.5 pounds), obliques on lying on side, crunches legs up touching ankles, planks (30 seconds each).tabata:1) ball squats2) agility step3) step up and med ball press4) row with dumbbells or body bar5) IHY with tubing6) abs tabata on the ball. ball roll outscrunches on the ball--almost halfway through my abs were toast and i felt like i could throw up!!! lol!!cool down and stretch was wonderful!!stacey
