(never mind, I just ordered 10 lb slimdown, I don't need anything else for a while)! Great job!! Monday - Pick Your Level/Classical Stretch Hi!Today's workout was Dozois' Pick Your Level circuit workout - it was a good one! I hadn't done it in a long time. 4 circuits of cardio & weights (the weight training sessions were mostly compound/combined movements with a 'funcional" twist - so balance challenges, rotation, etc.) The DVD gets its title b/c there are 3 levels of difficult shown - Kat (who is also in the Huckabee Punch workout) shows basic/beginner modifications, demonstrated intermediate and V (who has some workouts of her own out and I think has appeared on ExerciseTV) demonstrates the advanced. A lot of good work - probably around 40 minutes long. I added on a Classical Stretch (anti agining) from the Season 4 DVD. Tomorrow - cardio, Margaret 's upper body, and some stretching.
