Yowzers!!I'll give you a high five when you're able to lift your arms again! Mon Notes Min Total Tone 360 AM - Still using these Fitness 360 workouts as an energizing start to my day, not using the heaviest of weights because I don't want to over train. 20 Yoga Energizer 360 AM - Yes, I’m now energized 10 Xtreme Upper Body PM - Noodle arm alert! oh my gosh, wow…by accident I did a workout in honor of (much, much lighter weights of course). F hits every part of the upper body, starting with over 50 pushups. 40 Recovery Upper Body PM - Now my arms are useless LOL, I used 8 lbs as much as I could with having just done tons of upper body work I was pretty fried. I am pretty sure when I did that one that I cheated a bit!
