Awww... a workout in honor of lil ole me!  Happy noodle-arms, Vennitta!!   Over 50 pushups???? Yowzers!!I'll give you a high five when you're able to lift your arms again!

Xtreme Upper Body

PM - Noodle arm alert!

oh my gosh, wow…by accident I did a workout in honor of (much, much

lighter weights of course). F hits every part of the upper body,

starting with over 50 pushups.

Recovery Upper Body

PM - Now my arms are

useless LOL, I used 8 lbs as much as I could with having just done tons of

upper body work I was pretty fried. I really need to work on my UB though I

used to have really nice arms, now, not so much so, the UB fat attack and

muscle growth must begin.

Kudos to you for doing both of the upper body workouts! I remember saying something about 50 push-ups. I refused to believe her! :) I am pretty sure when I did that one that I cheated a bit! :)

I think when combining both I did about 70...oy vayVennitta
