STS Total Body / Lower Body Premix

I did Cathe's Lower Body Premix off STS.  I also included the warm-up.  Before the last 10 minutes was up, I had to walk into the gym to get my gliding disks.  I kept my HRM on, but walked at a brisk pace :)  I didn't modify too much.  Omitted a little bit of deadlifts, cuz it's so deadlift heavy and added in some wide squats.  Otherwise, all was about the same.  I used mostly my 8lb dumbbells and then my 24lb body bar.  I burned 341 calories with my average at  124 at the 35 minute mark.  :)

Last day of swimming lessons, and then no more running around crazy this summer!  Yay!!D
