Guest guest Posted July 22, 2011 Report Share Posted July 22, 2011 I did Cathe's Lower Body Premix off STS. I also included the warm-up. Before the last 10 minutes was up, I had to walk into the gym to get my gliding disks. I kept my HRM on, but walked at a brisk pace  I didn't modify too much. Omitted a little bit of deadlifts, cuz it's so deadlift heavy and added in some wide squats. Otherwise, all was about the same. I used mostly my 8lb dumbbells and then my 24lb body bar. I burned 341 calories with my average at 124 at the 35 minute mark. Last day of swimming lessons, and then no more running around crazy this summer! Yay!!D Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
