Good morning all, I hope all are doing well today with the impending storms on the east coast. Today I did Amy Bento KB Squared. This was my first time doing it and I got a little lost in some of the kickboxing combos, I think they will be awesome after a few more times thru them. The double kettlebell portions were awesome, this is my first time using the double bells, it was really hard for me, I used 20 lbers. There was a part were you hold them above your head for awhile and then step back into a partial back lunge, I stepped back, but there was no lunging, I was afraid I was going to tip over, they were really heavy for me. In the first part, there is a part where you do a middle turkish get up with one bell, I had to pause and go get a 10 lb. bell for this, I can't do this with a 20 lb. I really liked this workout, but it will take me a few more times thru and then I think I will totally love it. After that I did Rodney Yee AM Yoga for your week, the twists segment. Later tonite after it cools down a skosh, I may try to get a walking workout in.
