Guest guest Posted October 9, 2011 Report Share Posted October 9, 2011 I got a great workout in this morning.. and even went 50 minutes w/ it   And I handled it fine. A little higher intensity than I would prefer, but cardio-wise it was perfect. I liked the music a ton, and caught on w/out any issues to all he combos. Also enjoyed the ab -burn at the end. Great little workout! I burned 621 calories with my average at 136 in the end. Tomorrow is rest again - wow, have I mentioned how much 5 days a week seems soooo do-able!Happy Sundays everyone!!D, who just witnessed Aniyah falling asleep all by herself...and then waking 2 minutes later..LOL...
