Cathe's Body Fusion Upper Body Sculpt

I got another workout in!  I told myself it would be fin ief I didn't, since DH will be here tomorrow through Sunday now (so it should be a tad easier to get workouts in then), but it's too hard for me to NOT do it once I start w/ my workouts.  I fear that I will lose my mojo if I don't keep at it right away.  So, I chose Cathe's Upper Body workout off Body Fusion.  This is a GREAT little workout.  She moves quickly and packs a lot in.  That one is only 20 minutes, but combined with the warm-up off Basic Step, it was close to 30 minutes.  I felt plenty worked.  It felt great to awaken those upper body muscles too.  It's been a LONG time since they were worked since in the end of my pregnancy I was focusing on solely cardio and walks.

Anyway, I hope to get light workouts in throughout the weekend, and then take Monday off.  We'll see though.  I need to be real and be happy with one more before the weekends up ;)D
