Monday - Xtreme Kickboxing & Pilates

Hi Everyone,Today was 10 lb slimdown xtreme kickboxing - I enjoyed it! It wasn't killer hard, but not too easy either. Pretty much what you would expect from - a lot of athletic combos, nothing too difficult to follow or too high impact. More athletic than choreographed. Afterwards I finished up w/ 2 segments from 10 Min Solution Pilates for Beginners - I did the total body segment and the stretch. I like to add Pilates, Yoga or Athletic stretching whenever I can to keep injuries at bay.I'm pleasantly sore from my workout yesterday - not incapactitated, but enough to know I worked and it is pretty much all over - upper, lower and core!I think tomorrow is lower body xtreme and I'm a little scared b/c from the original 10lb slimdown, the lower body was the toughest for me!Take care -Donna
