Good morning all,

This morning I did The Firm Cardio Dance Slim Down. I hated this workout. But then I don't like much of any dance workouts, I don't even know why I have this one, but it is going on the swap pile. It was about 45 min. just long enough so I can't fit in any yoga this morning. This one is a bunch of cheesy dance moves led by Allie DelRio Pointer. I don't even really feel like I got in a workout, oh well. That's once less on my shelf that won't be taking up space. Have a great day all. I am off to work now.
