Junior, my big Maine Coon type Creamsicle cat, did one of his two jobs of helping me get up out of bed in the morning. God bless that sweet fuzzer, because thanks to him I got my cardio, Round 46, done this morning!

I'm still really liking it, but m ready for something else now. I'll be doing legs with at the Sweat Shop today and will report in later. It's gonna hurt is all I can say, and will end with 10 tall cement flights of stairs in our building at work .
