Yay, I felt like a workout today - whew.  It felt good to take a few days off though.  While, ideally, I would love 5 days a week, if I get 4 in for the month of June, I will be happy with that.  I'll just take each day as they come, I suppose.

With that said, I picked a good workout..  I did Jackie's Extreme Timesaver Training.  I like this one.  This is the second time I have tried this one.  Again, these weight training workouts are PERFECT for me right now because It touches on most muscle groups nicely, while getting my heart rate up at the same time (w/out any impact).  I did modify a bit, but not too much.  I took a couple breaks here and there, but only briefly.  In the end, I burned 348 calories with my average at 129 I shut my HRM off at 33 minutes.

Busy day today.. Wal-Mart trip, and then I have to go to school again to watch Bryar in a " circus " that his class puts on.  Have fabulous Wednesdays everyone!D
