Guest guest Posted August 18, 2011 Report Share Posted August 18, 2011 Okay, I had originally intended to do 10 MS kettlebell ultimate fat burner. I put it in and started it, but I hate this workout and it is going on the swap pile. Please people, if you are going to make a kettlebell workout, use a kettlebell to do it, duh. This is with Michele Olson. She says these are kettlebell type moves, but she does them all with a dumbbell thruout the workout. I think it would have been a much better workout if she had used an actual kb with someone showing modified moves with a dumbbell. I ended up doing the 25 min. express workout from the Trudie Styler Warrior Yoga I started the other day. I also did both of the meditations on it, I am not really a meditation person, but with the sorta crappy day I had yesterday, I figured it couldn't hurt. Have a great day all.
