Good thing to mention Debbie, I just assumed that Courtenay would know, but

with Hypo symptoms,

we tend to forget the details! I would use caution with the steam, but

from my experience, the hotter

the better.....LYNN

Can you use Afrin nasal spray temporarily? One time I had a sinus

infection and was so impacted that all the hot water/steam in the

world wasn't going to loosen it up. The Afrin really helped. I

cold breathe again!

I don't know about her, but I'd be keeping the one I use for my nose in the medicine cabinet or bedroom. OOOOOeeeeee!!

On the Washington site, there was a discussion about neti pots for washing out nasal passages with salt water.

One member uses her turkey baster for that purpose. . . .She swears she has two turkey basters. . . .I don't know how she tells them apart. . . .Well, they are different colors, but how does she remember which is which? Brain fog, you know. . . .

I don't know about her, but I'd be keeping the one I use for my nose in the medicine cabinet or bedroom. OOOOOeeeeee!!
