Guest guest
I have seen others post questions on this issue with no real answers. Today after having had my DVD feedback working for a while I found the player was showing " VMR off " (with no changes having been made to the system). I tried rebooting with no success. I did however have success by selecting a different Video Decoder ( " BioExplorer " -> " Preferences " -> " DVD Decoders " tab), restarting BE and then reselecting the original Video decoder and restarting BE again ... I then got " VMR on " . Now in my case I had an older decoder also installed on my machine so I was able to select another; I'm not sure what one could do if you only have a single decoder. Just thought I'd post this in case anyone is looking for something to try. My system is winXP with both PowerDVD 5 and PowerDVD DX 7 installed. -
