Guest guest Posted September 30, 2011 Report Share Posted September 30, 2011 Wow, I worked very hard again today. I think I need to lighten up on these toughies. I'm getting my butt kicked! I modified a bit, but I did use the same amount of risers as Cathe. There were a few times I just worked on the floor. I got some awesome burns in my upper body. And technically, this workout is probably just what I need right now. More cardio..to burn this fat, w/ a touch of strength.. Oh, I also skipped most the lower body moves when she did compound exercises. I just did the upper. The premix does not include a warm-up, so I added that.. and then just kind of cooled down while I got the boys ready for school..LOL.. Anyway, I burned a nice 566 calories with my average at 139 when I shut my HRM off at 44 minutes. D, who found a couple pair of jeans that fit now - YEE-HAW!
