Blueforchicago I've just gotten into macrobiotics b/c I prefer to shop the

bulk dry-goods of my health food store... for inexpensive, healthy, organic

eating! So I'd like to learn more...

gigisan1 I am married and a mother of 4. I would like to join the group as I

have been trying to follow a more macrobiotic lifestyle and would like the

support and information from the group.
