Hi ,

Have you tried Fruit 2-o? It's fruit-flavored water, sweetened with Splenda,

and you find it with the soft drinks and bottled waters in just about any

supermarket, at least in the U.S. I don't now about Canada or other places

outside the U.S.

Also, if he likes carbonated drinks, more and more supermarkets are offering

their own fruit-flavored and sweetened-but-sugar-free sparkling waters.

Albertsons, Ralphs (Kroger), and Vons (Safeway) all sell them in their soft

drink aisles.

My son doesn't like any kind of carbonated drinks, but he loves Fruit 2-o.

Hi all,

I have a easy question today? What do you give your children to drink

that is sugar and dye free, yet good tasting ? I'm really trying to get my son

off of fruit juices. I water them down to 1/4 juice ~ 3/4 water but would love

to see how he is off of all sugar. Take care,

P.S. He won't drink Dairy free milk, Rice milk and he's allergic

to soy.

Hi , That's awesome!! :-)

Interesting that he called it " juice " ...I started out by calling it " juice " and

putting it it closed cups so my son would drink it, because he hates water, but

after a while I started letting him have some out of the bottle and calling it

" fruit water " , so he now knows exactly what he's getting, and still loves it!

In regards to determining if our son was allergic to soy, we were completely

unaware until we had an allergy test. Once we removed the soy, we then noticed

improvement in other areas (more solid stools, decrease in dark circles under

eyes, less of a runny nose).
