Hi Everyone,

I am still fighting this cold, so instead of doing 10 lb slimdown upper and core (which was yesterday's workout) I did PowerFit Harmony Upper Body and Core Express as a lighter option to hit the same muscle groups w/out stressing my immune system. I then did my usual 2+ hour walk w/ my friend -so, I think on the exercise front - I'm good! :)

Tomorrow I plan to do either the 10 lb slimdown yoga or Hatha Yoga for Beginners (Element) - depending on time and how I'm feeling. TGIF!Donna
