Guest guest
Hi Carolyn, Good job getting in a walk AND PHH Stretch. I had a very busy day today. I interpreted a science class this morning which tired me out because I had no team UGH! I'm getting sick of being screwed over by the agency so I think I won't be doing many more college classes any more. I ran some errands this afternoon and came home and laid down on the sofa because I was very tried and my eyes were burning. I had another interpreting assignment at a Dr. office. Well the Dr. was an hour later so I didn't get home until after 5:30pm and I hadn't had lunch yet! UGH I decided to go for a walk before I ate, which was a good idea because tomorrow it's suppose to rain. After I ate I tried to hook up my new vcr/dvd player but it didn't go well. I just don't have a way of pulling things out and seeing the back of the player so I will have to call my cable company and ask them to hook it up for me...sighWhat a day! (bend both arms at elbows and raise to chest level. put right upper arm over left upper arm and entwine arms) this comes very close to hitting the sore spot in my upper back... the pinch there seems to release temporarily. after working out i went to the deli. i was worried this was going to be a painful situation but it went well. it seems that i have more pain when i am sitting (typing or driving) and that things feel better when they are moving. also my mind is busy on the work and im distracted from the pain. this is good but while ive been sitting here my arm has been feeling numb and my fingers are tingling. ive had to stop and stretch about five times. im getting into the hot tub, then have to make everyones lunches for tomorrow before i go to bed. back to the deli tomorrow morning. btw, i got over 15,000 steps today! my overall daily average is now close to 9000,,,yay! :*carolyn. Guest guest
btw, i got over 15,000 steps today! my overall daily average is now close to 9000,,,yay! YAY, that is great, Carolyn! I love how you decide to go out and start walking like that. I forgot to ask you, how many steps do you get in that hour walk? When we walk the dogs I get around 3,000 and that's usually 25 minutes. So cool that you have that hot tub. I'm sure that's a life saver sometimes. ~

Guest guest
> I forgot to ask you, how many steps do ..> you get in that hour walk? When we walk the dogs I get around > 3,000 and that's usually 25 minutes.* yes, im thinking around 6000. i should pay more attention to each activity... walking, deli, housework, yardwork, etc. but i just have time to note the total each day. luckily for me, my pedometer keeps a 7 day history because i often have to go back to previous days totals to update my log. :*carolyn.
