I actually like those, but I only use a 12 or 15 lb weight for them usually.

Good morning all, I am sitting here at work eating figs and trying to sneak online. Hehe. This morning before work I did Amy Bento Kettlebell Power. I used 20 lb. bells. I liked this one a lot except for the part where she does the push ups, shoot thrus, and modified clams down on the bells. I don't know if it is my wrists or my core or my upper body not being strong enough but I just can't do any of those. I think I am just going to skip that section next time. I also wasn't crazy about the stretch at the end. I do however totally love the rest of the workout. I am so glad I got it. After having done 3 workouts with the double bells now, I love them even more than I did with only one bell. I can really feel the difference in the way my body reacts. Boss is coming, gotta go now. See you all tonite.

You make a good point - people ask me what's new and I say " I work, work out, repeat " .  and the juicy stuff isn't suitable for elevator talk!

 

Hi all,  this morning I was majorly time crunched.  I was supposed to do Jillian's Ripped in 30 workout 3  and 6 wk 6 pack level 1 per the sparkpeople challenge that I am doing.  I did the Ripped in 30 workout this morning (and it was freaking hard I might add), but didn't have time for the other one.  I can't stand not finishing a challenge so I came home after a long day at work and did the 6 wk 6 pack one (luckily it was much easier).  Now,  I am off to find my clothes for tomorrow, and make my lunch (doesn't there have to be more to life than this) and then off to bed in order to go to work again tomorrow.  I am going to read  a few more of your messages then I am off to nite nite.

Hi all, I was in such a rush this morning I didn't get a chance to post. Before work I did Jillian's Ripped in 30 level 4 and 6 wk 6 pack level 2. The level 4 actually seemed easier than some of the other levels, but anyways, I did it. I am now off to read my 400 emails and then watch my soaps and set my TV to record all the new fall shows. I wish I didn't have to work so I had time for more TV, LOL. Have a great evening all.

Your workouts are getting more and more hardcore - I love it, !  :D

 

Oh my gosh,  I am kinda still breathless from my workout.  Today I did Tracey Staehle Bootcamp-Metabolic Conditioning workout 1.  It has the same evil warmup as the strength workout did with the burpees.  This was kinda like a HIIT workout. YOu do five different exercises for 30 seconds each with 15 seconds rest in between for a total of 4 rounds.  Then there is an 8 round finisher, then 8 rounds of toe touches and leg scissors.  To me these are pretty tough workouts.  I really don't like them, but they do work you really good.   I am off to shower now.  I think I will do Cathe's new yoga relax tomorrow.  Have a great day all.
