Wed - 10 lb slimdown, powerfit and stretch

Hi Everyone,

Today was 10 lb slimdown Total Body - good workout!!! :) Followed that up w/ PowerFit Harmony cardio - Push (or something like that - they are all pretty much the same!) using my usual modifications to make it more challenging and finished up w/ the 10 Min Stretch from Austin's Bootcamp workout. I really need to strecth more, especially w/ these Slimdown workouts - that seem to hit my "thutt" (area between the butt and hamstrings!) nicely.

Only downside is I sort of feel like I'm coming down w/ something. Hope that isn't the case - we have had almost non-stop rain since the beginning of Sept so it could be my sinuses reacting to what has to be a ton of mold out there! I'm taking some extra vitamins though and drinking plenty of water. Hopefully that will do the trick! I want to keep moving forward w/ this rotation!Take care -

Most definately - and, come to think of it, I have had a few sleepless/restless nights recently and am a bit stressed about some things. I feel I'm losing the battle w/ this cold - hopefully it will pass quickly though!!!Donna

Lack of sleep DOES weaken your system! I'm fighting that constantly because DH is a night owl, and seems to only need about 3/4 of what I need. He just doesn't understand that it catches up with you (like I'm feeling right now!!)Indyrose> > > > Subject:

Aren't 10 Pound and PowerFit great for keeping you going? I love that they don't take long and at a minimum keep you at a fitness level and maybe increase your level depending on what's going on at that moment.

And they are/were affordableHope you can nip those cooties in the bud.Vennitta
