It is a very stressful workweek this week, I was already behind on my work due to my vacation, and then on my first day back my coworker started her vacation so I am covering her work, and the boss man got back from his vacay yesterday and is driving me crazy. Anyways that is where the exhausted part comes in, the hungry part I dont know. This morning I wanted something short so I put in Jackie Warner xtreme timesaver workout, it is only 30 minutes. I had never done this one before. Maybe because I am such a mess this morning, I dont know but this one was really freaking hard today. I was totally cheating on this one. I stopped way before she did on almost every exercise. I also wimped down from a 5 lb. dumbell to a 3 lb., I didn't even finish the workout. I just gave up on it. Maybe I will take 2 rest days this week instead on just 1. I'm thinking tomorrow and Friday for rest days. I am off to shower now, I didn't even finish, but I sure did get sweaty anyways.
