Guest guest Posted September 6, 2011 Report Share Posted September 6, 2011 This weekend was busy with dog training and house repair so no formal exercise but yesterday's dog seminar was basically 8 hours of sprinting (lots of rests) outside.. so felt sore and did stretching last night.Woke up late and was notlooking forward to slim in 6 as while start it up was good beginner workout it was boring. I did Ramp it up this AM and like it much better..may try to do it 4 times this week.
