tuesday workout

This weekend was busy with dog training and house repair so no formal exercise but yesterday's dog seminar was basically 8 hours of sprinting (lots of rests) outside.. so felt sore and did stretching last night.Woke up late and was notlooking forward to slim in 6 as while start it up was good beginner workout it was boring. I did Ramp it up this AM and like it much better..may try to do it 4 times this week.
