I wanted to start with P90 because they are shorter workouts than SI6. I wish you would join us! LOL so im right behind you! dont worry, i may be late but i wont miss checking in with you! im glad to see your workout report! did you do p90 sweat 1/2 after working out in the pool for 2 hours? no wonder it seemed hard! im supposed to do sweat 3/4 tomorrow and i know that it is going to seem hard too! especially doing it at the end of a long day. oh well, we know that we are tougher than tony and his little workouts, right? lol see you tomorrow i have to go to bed now, :*carolyn. Guest guest Posted September 7, 2011 Report Share Posted September 7, 2011 My body is spoiled from doing water aerobics and it doesn't like the high impact of P90Thanks , Jen Jen's exercise for 09/06/11 Tuesday - Tony Horton Rotation I did water exercise at my pool using long fins and dumbbells - 2 hoursI also started my Beach Body Tony Horton Rotation....I don't see a post from my partner in "Rotation" crime so I guess I will post mine first. I did Power 90 Sweat 1-2 - 35 minutesI am so OUT OF SHAPE! I was going to mix up Tony's workouts but now I think I will stick with the first level of P90 (1-2) and Power Half Hour before adding in the P90 Masters. UGH back to the drawing board I go!
