Guest guest
This is what I did today. RKS Workout 5: This workout is a strength ladder set that is 31 minutes in length and it's nothing but overhead presses in what they call ladders of 1,2,3 repeat for the first 15 minutes and then the last 15 minutes consists of conditioning with one handed swings on each side. I used a 15 lb bell for the presses, which is up from a 12 lb. last time. I used a 20 lb for the swings. After that I did a youtube pilates video that someone posted on VF from this site: http://fitnessista.com/2011/07/focus-on-pilates/ I did the beginner one today. I am so happy because now I can do youtube videos on my TV. I had directv regular service for many years but I just cancelled it as of this month due to the cost and I am trying to cut back wherever possible. My son decided he couldn't live without tV so he had directv HD installed in his name yesterday. I found out that thru that service you can search youtube videos and watch them on TV so I did that and found this workout and I really liked it. I just wish you could save the youtube videos on the tivo but you can't but it has a place for recent seaches so I can still find them. To me this is awesome because there is a Steve Cotter kb snatch tutorial that I have been so wanting to try out. Now I can. Yayyy. Have a great day everyone. Guest guest
Thanks for the link! I had been looking for more pilates videos, trying to work them in between the C25K runs. That program is grueling!-- At least for me it is...
