Guest guest Posted June 6, 2011 Report Share Posted June 6, 2011 I got a great workout in this morning, despite waking up a bit late, and also being up for a couple hours in the night again. Ugh.. hate it when I have too much on my mind. Anyway, I did 's 35 minute Total Body Premix off Split Sessions. I can say that I did enjoy it a lot, but I don't know how beneficial it would be for strength training for someone who's more of an avid exerciser. She only does one set of exercises, but packs a lot in. And some of the lower body work doesn't feel the best with my back, so I modified a little bit by adding in some extra upper body in spots. I also cheated and didn't stretch downstairs since I was runninng so late. I stretched a tiny bit upstairs. I shut my HRM off at 37 minutes and burned a nice 401 calories with my average at 130.
