's Circuit Blast / Workout 1

Got a GREAT workout in this morning.  I went w/ and did the first workout off Circuit Blast.  I forgot that this one has some impact in it.  I modified here and there, but ultimately I did fine.  It kicked my butt, and it felt great to work hard again :)  I matched with weights.   And I picked up my 3lb weights for the shadow-boxing segments.  This one, is for sure, more cardio.  I burned 485  calories with  150 for my average it was about 35 minutes or so when I shut my HRM off. 

My plan is to not workout tomorrow, but if I can sneak one in, I'm going for it.  I'd be in heaven if I could get 5 workouts in a week... (yes, a bit greedy, I guess).  BUT, they are just around 30 minutes or so.  I could never do a full hour 5 times a week, of course.
