I did this to help prep myself for Wednesday's 5k, to be honest I was a bit tired this morning so I didn't want to do much in the way of choreography or too much impact. Tomorrow I'll log some treadmill time. 51 Burn It Up! 2 Evening - added weighted gloves to today's workout, I think it's time to up the resistance so, I'm going to try the red band on Wed. 62 Slim & Limber 2 Late evening 15 Day Day Video(s) Notes Min Tue 30 WW Power Walk morning - needed my morning workout 10 Old Burn It Up! Evening - I’m still on track 59 Day Day Video(s) Notes Min Wed 31 Charity 5k Afternoon - I didn't do the walk, too much office work, not enough hydration, not enough sleep and it was way too hot and humid, oh yeah, my shoulder and neck have been hurting since the holiday weekend WW Get Moving Cardio Dance evening 20 New Burn It Up! Late evening - evening though I’m pretty fried I increased my resistance band to the purple/20 pound level. 62 Day Day Video(s) Notes Min Thu 32 WW Walk at Home 20 Minute Walk Morning - I'm so sleep deprived. 20 Old Burn It Up! Evening - came home and fell asleep again. After forcing myself to wake up I did the workout with slightly heavier weights, 4, 7 and 8 pounds. Today and yesterday I used my K-Swiss instead of my Skechers, felt like I used my muscles more so I'll stick with these for the rest of the rotation. Even though I'm tired I feel far more de-stressed now that I've finished. 59 Day Day Video(s) Notes Min Fri 33 WW Walk at Home DVD 10 Minute Walk Morning - started late this morning but wanted to do something but without lots of impact, I want to be energized not wiped out. 10 New Burn It Up! Evening - this is becoming a bad pattern go to bed late, come home and fall asleep, wake up and workout. What's so wrong with it? I'm not getting 6 to 8 hours of sleep at a time and I eat late, albeit low cals, after I workout so late. So tonight I'm going to bed pretty early for a Friday night, 1L45 AM . Regarding the workout, I used the purple band again, got through almost all of the floor leg reps and something else, lol. I do still feel bloated and yucky this week though so I don't have high hopes for my weigh in and measurements on Sunday. 62 Day Day Video(s) Notes Min Sat 34 Trainer's Edge Cardio Interval Training with Petra Kolber Morning - this was a struggle for me today, I'm just exhausted, not sure how I'll do today's burn it up 36 Old Burn It Up!
