Guest guest Posted June 5, 2011 Report Share Posted June 5, 2011 Jen's Weigh-In for 06/05/11 Sunday My Highest Weight: 220 poundsLAST WEEK'S WEIGHT: 198.6THIS WEEK'S WEIGHT: 197.2LBS LOST OR GAINED THIS WEEK: LOSS of 1.4 poundsAIR-DYNE STATIONARY BIKE: 0 minutesBOWLING THIS WEEK: 0 minutesEXERCISE DVD/VIDEO THIS WEEK: 0 minutesSWIMMING THIS WEEK: 0 minutesVOLLEYBALL THIS WEEK: 0 minutesWALKING THIS WEEK: 254 minutesWATER EXERCISE THIS WEEK: 240 minutesTOTAL MINUTES OF EXERCISE THIS WEEK: 494 minutesThis year I will be basing my weight loss goals on my highest weight which was 220 pounds (June 28, 2009.) I did it by counting calories for the last 6 days. I want to eventually have to count calories only a couple days a week...but I will wait until I'm sure that I'm in the habit of eating less and eating healthy.I did a lot of walking this week and plan to again this week. I want to walk 5 or more miles a day and do one exercise dvd a day. I'm planning to get up early and walk outside before it gets hot then walk again in the evening.Doin' the happy dance!
