45% 121.00 99.00I lost about a pound and a half this week...YEA ME! I did it by counting calories for the last 6 days. I want to

eventually have to count calories only a couple days a week...but I will wait until I'm sure that I'm in the habit of eating less and eating healthy.I did a lot of walking this week and plan to again this week. I want to walk 5 or more miles a day and do one exercise dvd a day. I'm planning to get up early and walk outside before it gets hot then walk again in the evening.Doin' the happy dance! Jen
