Guest guest Posted June 6, 2011 Report Share Posted June 6, 2011 hi! still working out. haven't been doing any dvd's since i joined the ymca. running on the treadmill and strength training three days a week. i'm glad to have the membership since the allergy season has been brutal this year! making progress with my running--i'm very close to running 3 miles without stopping (the benefits of running on the treadmill--the tread doesn't stop rolling:) so i just keep on going!! i also like the variety of equipment!! still haven't used the cybex machines but love that i can use heavy dumbbells to challenge myself. stacey Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
