Guest guest Posted October 5, 2011 Report Share Posted October 5, 2011 Hi Everyone, I think my energy is returning! The sun is helping, and I do think I'm finally getting over this cold. So, today was 10 lb slimdown total body and I added on the first program from Element's Hatha Yoga for Beginners. This one uses a yoga strap to help w/ modifications and alignment. I'm really getting tight - particularly in my hips and hamstrings - from these workouts and need to focus more on flexiblity - before it begins to affect my back (which has been pretty happy for the most part my last major flare up was about a year ago!) Not wanting to jinx myself, but more flexiblity work is a must. Tomorrow is the 10 lb slimdown yoga plus I will add on 20 min or so of something else.
