Guest guest Posted October 5, 2011 Report Share Posted October 5, 2011 Good morning! Since ordering 's Circuit Burn I decided to go ahead and do all of her workouts that I own. I started with Muscle Definition workout #1. I then did her KB bonus abs workout. The abs just about killed me. The floor work is a tough segment. After that, there wasn't any kind of cool down and my body was screaming for some stretching, so I put in 10 Minute Yoga Solution and did the flexibility routine. This put me right at 65 minutes. I was pressing for time, but the stretch was worth it. Here's a quick run down of the weights I used for MD. Shoulders 7 Legs 12 Biceps 12 Legs 12 Back 12 (the swings really hurt my low back. I may have to modify those next time) Legs 12 (dead lifts- I did calve raises) Triceps (1) 15 abs Chest 15 hip raises I didn't wear my HRM but I wish I would've because I have a feeling I got a nice calorie burn.
