Guest guest
Hi Everyone, More mindless cardio - 30 min on the stationary bike and then Suzanne Deason's Pilates for Weight Loss which is a very slow and detailed Pilates session. I do like it though for good form pointers and reminders and the side series is one of my favorites on this DVD. I was thinking of doing a KCM rotation next - it may fit in better w/ school. 30 min of KCM, 30 min of Pilates or yoga. was thinking Sunday, Tues, Thurs - KCM Strength workout 2X, KCM Circuit 1X Mon & Wed - cardio Friday - long yoga plus my long walk. Sat - rest or yoga/Pilates/stretching. Donna
Guest guest
As I'm going through all my workouts and putting them backwards I still have KCM to do yet. Those would be good workouts for school. I can't go over an hour (an hour is pushing it too) or I end up really rushing to get out the door. I like your combo with the bike and pilates.
