Guest guest Posted August 5, 2011 Report Share Posted August 5, 2011 Hi, Just thought of something else - running may not be enjoyable for you right now b/c you haven't built the base of fitness necessary - so maybe go back to the other workouts you enjoy more to build your aerobic capactity a bit more and then maybe try running again in 6 months to a year? Or, you can always do maybe one run a week and do other activities the other days - sure, your progess may be slower, but slow and steady wins the race! Also, it is not so much of a time committment that takes you away from doing other workouts you enjoy. Just a few more thoughts....
