Guest guest Posted July 6, 2011 Report Share Posted July 6, 2011 Hi Everyone, Today I tried out Barre3 on Exercise TV - I liked it! Going on the wish list. It wasn't killer hard, and I appreciate that barre work has evolved away from the pelvic tuck - so this was all very doable for me. I warmed up with 15 min of beforehand. Barre3 is 40 minutes - 5 of which is a nice stretch at the end. Tomorrow is the dreaded upper/lower combo of 10 lb slimdown. It is the lower body workout I dread the most.
