Guest guest Posted July 5, 2011 Report Share Posted July 5, 2011 Hi Everyone, Today was Results Upper Body plus 10 min Solution Rapid Results Pilates Abs and Stretch segments. The 10 lb slimdown rotation called for Upper Body & Core and I'm a bit bored of doing the 10lb workouts - I'm happy to have done them though, they are great workouts, and I will do them again, but more as a part of a "variety" of other workouts - thinking they would blend in nicely with Huckabee's workouts and the Firm Express workouts and possibly even Jillian's Shred workouts. I found the Results Upper Body to be more challenging than the 10 lb upper body workout - but, I find the Results Lower Body to be easier (thinking maybe i need to up the weights on Results Lower....)Other than that - not much new! Took it fairly easy yesterday and today work was quiet so I cleaned up my office and got rid of old paperwork to welcome in the new fiscal year! For tomorrow the rotation calls for yoga - I may do either yoga (Suzanne Deason's Yoga Conditioning for Weight Loss)and a short cardio or perhaps I will try Barre3 out.
