Guest guest Posted July 4, 2011 Report Share Posted July 4, 2011 My husband pointed out that I have not lost (nor gained) any significant amount since April, even though my workouts have intensified. (I keep a chart in the bathroom.) He claims it's not WHAT I eat but HOW MUCH I eat at a time. I think it's both. Left to myself, I would " graze " all day long on fruits and veggies. But that's not how the rest of the world does things. Family peace says I have to sit down at a meal and eat what is served. I really do have trouble with portion control when " good foods " are right under my nose. I guess I will just have to bite the bullet (and they taste terrible!) and conjure up some more will power. :-P Indyrose thinking that potato salad was really great; I'd like some more!
