Guest guest
,You are correct. The design was changed, but I don~t always make sure to revise the Notes.BTW, I have a newer AB /symmetry design that I like even better. I will upload it on Thursday. I~m doing some supervision at a small school in the interior of brazil and using the hotel~s internet computer with a brazilian keyboard that pick up about 1 of every 3 keystrokes. we will be back Wednesday night. Pete Hi Pete~ I am just going through your new designs '08 and was pleased to see the A/B sym with slow inhibit, I have tried to adjust an A/B sym or Balance design to do this myself (as well as one with a fast inhibit in Channel 2) , however yours looks much nicer :~) In the new SMR % design notes you mention closed eyes to train the SMR and wondered if that would train peak alpha up rather than the lobeta? Guest guest
Tony, Yes, SMR should always be trained eyes open (though some clients will become very sleepy early in their trainings, and their eyes will get heavy and close, which is fine. I will revise the Design notes on that and checkthrough the others so Ican reload them when I get back home tonight. Pete Hi Pete so do we train eyes open now in the new SMR% design?
