Guest guest
Yesterday was a marathon of physical activity. I got started at 8AM, seeing my son and husband off to return him to college. I immediately started weeding and doing some MAJOR landscaping in the yard -- digging up and moving plants and stonework and such. I broke for lunch around 1:30, went to the grocery, and then back at the yard by 4 again. I needed to stop at 5:30 to shower and get me and my parents ready for a church supper/social hour. After that I gave my Mom a shower and fixed her hair, and it was 9:30PM. That was my first rest break. My husband got in around 10PM. I got a LOT done in our yard, I got the chores done that I needed to do, and took care of my parents' needs and I NOT exhausted! Tired, yes, and even a few DOMs from the yard work, but I'm ready to do more today! (I didn't have time to get a good workout in yesterday.) I'm able to live life without my body protesting every step of the way! Or worse -- breaking down! It's wonderful to be healthy! I haven't always been so! Guest guest
Wow, Indy - I don't think you needed a "formal" workout after all that!
