Guest guest
I have a copy of that if you need it, I can fax it to you. Form 3231 Medical Waiver for Vaccine > I wondered if any of you have been able to get a Georgia doctor to > sign off on the vaccine form 3231 (the one the schools require) to > waiver the MMR vaccine. My four year is NT, but very hyper with GI > reflux. He has had all other vaccines. My oldest, age 8, regressed > following his 4 year boosters and appears from his colonoscopy to > have measles in his gut although we haven't had him biopsied for it. > If no one will sign it, I will try the religious waiver route. > > Joy > > > >

Guest guest
Thanks Rose, I have the Form 3231......just need a doctor who will admit that the MMR vaccine might actually be harmful to some children. I don't have the religious waiver form and would like this if this is what you mean. Email me privately at joy.brown@... if you would. Guest guest
i havent b/c none of mckevors docs are willing to be held responsible should an outbreak occur. i never did ask dr hicks when we saw him. i resorted to using a " religious waiver " since we needed one for challenged child. this way i dont have to worry about convincing any docs and so forth. all ga requires for that is a letter stating why its against your religious beliefs and (it does not have to be denominiation specific) and it has to be notarized. i searched the web for a sample one on google and found one at the time. hugs > I wondered if any of you have been able to get a Georgia doctor to > sign off on the vaccine form 3231 (the one the schools require) to > waiver the MMR vaccine. Guest guest
It turns out that my son's pediatrician did sign the form 3231 to defer the MMR vaccine until age 6. This is for my NT son. I may give him the separate vaccines, or might decide to not give him any live virus vaccines at all.
