Here's what I did today, I only made it through the leg lifts in the 3rd round before time ran out. I want to try and finish these 16 RKS workouts before the 1st of August because I am going on another vacation then and I want to start on Skogg when I get back. I may have to do 2 a day towards the end to finish them up, we'll see.

Workout 8: Doug Challenge, 15 minutes

10 x pushups20 x squat jumps15 x rows each side (30 total reps)-20 lb.40 x alternating leg lifts-15 lb.50 x two hand swing-25 lb.

No rests (unless you need them ), repeat as many times as possible in 15 min
