Guest guest Posted July 21, 2011 Report Share Posted July 21, 2011 Got another fabulous workout in! I almost talked myself into an additional rest day. Soooo glad I did NOT  I did Cathe's Upper Body Premix off STS, but modified a bit. I went pretty heavy, so a couple of times instead of doing the burns, I worked my lower body instead. Made it a bit more well-rounded. I also did the warm-up, which is not on the premix at all....GRR.. I don't know why she didn't include the warm-up and stretch on the premix, a tad annoying. I was going to attempt her abs, but ..um..no.. wasn't going to happen, but happy to report I did my own abs for maybe about 4 minutes at the end. That reminds me Kim mentioned yesterday how my abs are in great shape for being as pregnant as I am, and for having 4 pregnancies, she said there's a couple inches of separation whereas some women have their whole front side separated with their uterus about hanging out. Great motivation! Anyway, I shut my HRM off at 40 minutes and had burned 314 with my average at 114.
